1. Service Description

SCOUT ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered mathematical analysis of sports betting markets. Our platform calculates true probability estimates, edge metrics, and closing line value using publicly available odds data.

SCOUT is an analysis tool only. We do not accept bets, place bets on your behalf, or facilitate any gambling transactions. We are a data and analytics service, not a sportsbook.

2. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by SCOUT — including ratings, edge calculations, Kelly criterion suggestions, and AI-generated narratives — is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice.

SCOUT makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any analysis or the profitability of any bet. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial outcomes that result from them.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use SCOUT. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SCOUT subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@scoutmvp.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

SCOUT is not liable for any betting losses, financial losses, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any information provided by this platform. Our analysis is mathematical in nature and carries inherent uncertainty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCOUT's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

6. Data Usage

Your use of SCOUT is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using SCOUT, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
